You have probably, by now, seen all of the reasons that you would like to work from home, and you probably recognize some of them as the exact reasons you are thinking about doing so. However, getting started at a work from home job is always the hardest part because you have to worry so much about what you are going to be doing at this job. Can you find a work from home job? Or will you be doing what you are already doing? There are several steps that you can take to make sure that when you do find a work from home job you are able to do so easily and that the job is going to fit your needs exactly.
First of all, you should take inventory of your job right now. Do you like what you are doing, or do you hate it? Are you only working where you are because that is the way you have to make money, or is it something that you really enjoy but you would rather work from home? This is the first question that you have to ask yourself so that you will be able to work from home as easily as possible.
If you like what you are doing ,and you like your job, the first thing that you should do is sit down with your boss and see if there is any way that you can do your job at home. Some employers are really going to latch onto this because it has been proven that people who work from home are often much better able to do their work and to get it done sooner. Therefore, your boss might allow you to do what you are doing now from the comfort of your own home. You might still have to go to the office occasionally for meetings or to do other things, but if you talk to your boss you might find out that you are able to do what you are doing in a much more easy way. The other thing that you could do if your boss is not happy with you working form home is to look for another employer that will employ you to do what you are doing now, except will allow you to do it from home. This is something that is also possible for you because it will end up being very easy for you to find a job where you are working from home.
If you do not like your job now and can't do it at home anyway, you should start to look for work from home jobs. Remember that this is going to be a search that might take awhile, so don't quit what you are doing in the meantime. Start with something that you love to do and branch out from there. Be careful about work from home jobs, and be sure that you are able to explore the possibility before you sign up for anything. With a little bit of luck and hard work you'll find the perfect job for you.

Anyone see the Lion King? Simone & Pumbaa have a good thing going. Is there more to being happy than just thinking it? What about all those things that make us unhappy? Don't we have very good reaon to be unhappy? I believe the answer to this is NO. And there is alot of information about this out there right now. I think it was Abraham Lincoln that said "We are only as happy as we decide to be" So decide to be happy. But how?

Often, it is hard for someone to learn to be happy. This is something that is at the root of many people's problems because they are simply unable to learn how to be happy. Happiness is something that is difficult for a lot of people to track down. Learning to be happy is a goal that lots of people can reach.

When it comes right down to it, everyone has the chance to learn to be happy. The idea of happiness is something that must come to each person separately. This is because happiness is nota uniform thing. It is something that each person must discover on their own.

The first step to learning to be happy is trying to figure out where your actual unhappiness lies. This is an important part. Maybe you hate your office job. Often times, people are unhappy and they really have no idea why. This is something that happens to a lot of people. When they are not aware of the things that are going to make them unhappy, they have more of a tendency to think that everything around them is making them this way. This is often where people end up believing that their entire lives are in trouble.

In order to avoid this, what you need to focus on is each part of your life. The best way for you to do this is to stop looking at your life as a whole picture for just a short amount of time. Learning to be happy is something that is a process. Working from home can help you get that happiness you long for. The first part of the process is breaking down each of the parts of your life and evaluating all of them. You want to take some time to look at each of the parts of your life and decide which parts are good and which are not. Remember that you should include everything about your life in this evaluation. Everything from your job to your car should be evaluated.

Then, you will be able to make some decisions. When you are able to see what is making you unhappy, you can decide which things in your life are worth changing. Some of the things that you find will be easy to change. The things that you are not going to be able to change are all going to be things that you have to learn to deal with. However ,when you can break down all of the things that might be making you happy or unhappy, it will be much easier to decide which things you can change and which things you can deal with.

When it comes time for you to decide upon the things that you need to change and the things that you need to deal with, you can begin the process of actually being happy.

When you identify those things that you are unhappy about, you have identified those things that you do not want. Adjust your thinking a bit so that you can picture what it is that you do want. Now picture it, visualize it and write it down. Change the focus of your time and energy towrds what it is that you do want. It could be the perfect job, partner, health, financial situation, fitness level or whatever you can think of. So use what you don't want to identify what you do want. Then forget about what you don't want and think only about what you do want.

I have had an amazing experience over the past few weeks. I signed up with Success University under Jason Cardamone and Dustin Canon. What I found was a team training website with instructions for setting up a lead capture page and autoresponder. There is also all sorts of great information for my downline to use to be able to generate leads. It started off with an immediate discussion with my sponsor and then some follow-up emails. Right after that I received an email from Jason with some more information to make my business successful. I must add that I have since had a number of communications with them both as I try to sign people up. And right now, I have to add that I have six people signed up in just over two weeks.

Because I really believe in this venture, I first approached a couple of my friends to join up with me. My excitement came through and they easily signed up so that they could get a part of the action. Then I started some low key pay-per-click advertising and spent about $100 to get four people signed up and just over 100 people signed up to my autoresponder right now. Now those are reults that I haven't even come close to in any of my previous marketing.

The key to being able to sign people up is in the followup I have made with my prospects. I took Jason & Dustin's lead and called my prospects within a couple of days to offer any assistance that I could. I am extremely sincere when I say that their success is my goal. By talking to them personally, I was able to learn about them and what they are looking for with Success University. Then I felt a compulsion to try to help them achieve that and pulled out all the stops. I have referred leads and sign-ups. I have gone through setting up autoresponders and webpages numerous times now. I have helped with setting up Traffic Swarm and explained pay-per-click. I have discussed the advantages of the Success University Advertising Coop and other forms of marketing, including prospect contact. I feel great doing it and honestly am not even thinking about what I will get out of it. It is about the person that I am trying to help get going in the business.

The products within Success University are top notch and something that I am very interested in already. I am blown away with what I can learn here. I am a great fan of all of the "success" oriented writers and teachers/coaches. The stuff in Success University has some of biggest and best names and more. The top people in from each industry that they focus on. It is awesome and would be worth the monthly tuition regardless of the huge income to be made.

A useful code of ethics will have some basic ingredients such as adherence to applicable laws, conflicts of interest to avoid, sexual or other harassment, workplace safety, environmental concerns, industry rules, regulations and practice as well as accuracy of financial information. Be careful however, as one culture or society’s norms may not be the same as yours. For example, some locales require that “special inducements” be paid in order to obtain or carry on business. Or it may be that oppression against people exists where the business will occur. What will the rules be around this? The code of ethics should address these issues.

The code of ethics must fit with the personality, values, and mission of the particular small business. As confusing as it may sound, ethics are a very personal thing. For example, one person may think it unethical (at least to that person) to sell a product of questionable value, while another will say that the determination of value is made by the buyer and to withhold the good from sale would be unethical. (This example assumes that no fraud or misrepresentation occurred.) It will help if you can include your stakeholders in developing appropriate pieces of your code of ethics, thereby gaining a second opinion.


In the examples stated above, a code of ethics was in place, but they were ignored, not understood, or the people involved justified their transgressions as being “in the greater good”. So simply having a code of ethics is not enough. Post your code of ethics, and set up a reporting system that could include accepting anonymous reports. While you don't want to encourage a culture of "tattle-tales", stakeholders will need a way to inform someone about any ethics violations they may see. Most important is to show others that you live by the code of ethics yourself. Living by a set of high values will garner trust and confidence in the business and you. They will be then willing to discuss areas of concern with you.


Failing to act on ethics violations will disable even the best intentioned of your efforts just as failing to announce and endorse your code of ethics to your stakeholders renders it practically meaningless. When formulating your code of ethics policy, specify what consequences go with lapses and breaches. Your leadership skills will be tested as you strive to holding people to ethical conduct. But it is worth the peace of mind.
