He was initially and significantly influenced by Wallace Wattle's book The Science of Getting Rich. Bob Proctor has since become a wealthy man in all repsects: money, fame, relationships & time. The questions contained in this quote are at the core of Wallace Wattles the Science of Getting Rich, Napoleon Hills book Think and Grow Rich, Jack Canfields book Success Principles and are a significant part of Bob Proctors message to us. It is critical to have a goal and to write it down. Proctor suggests to use the following: "I am so happy and grateful now that_________", and fill in the blank. This should be done in every area of our life. To get there, he tells us to find someone who has achieved what we want to achive and find out how they did it. Then our job is to record those things as the steps to reach our own goals.
We must plan our days so that we accomplish as much as we can but we need to do at least one small step towards our goal. Mr. Proctor states in his Liberty League tapes that the successful person does those things that the unsuccessful person does not like to do, and that with practice, we will become competent with them and begin to like doing it. So we need to do those things to reach our goals, that others have done, even if we don't like to, at first anyway.
